Why "no one" should feel stupid about Information Security

The U.S. Government is probably the worst when it comes to Information Security.
Because, the risk climate in regards to computers changes by the 'second', I read various blogs and articles every single morning before I start my work day. There are more articles about how various pieces of our governments computer networks have been hit by "evil doers", it blows my mind.
